Hi, I’m James.

I’ve recently joined the WWWCC UK team, and I’m absolutely buzzing to be part of such a talented and experienced crew. It’s exciting to bring my background and knowledge into an environment that’s all about teamwork, precision, and great service.

My transport journey began on the ground—loading trucks and working the customer-service desk—so I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to keep things running smoothly day to day. Over time, I worked my way up to become the Head Planner for Marks & Spencer, gaining a deep understanding of the whole operation from end to end. That experience across all areas—ambient, frozen, and chilled—has given me a strong grasp of how each part connects and what’s needed to deliver a seamless, high-quality service.

I’m genuinely looking forward to using that experience here at WWWCC UK to help create an outstanding level of service for our customers and to keep driving the team’s success forward.
